JEWELLERY CARE

Keep in sealed storage when not worn to minimize oxidation and environmental effects.

Jewellery should be removed before any activity that may cause excessive wear or tear and is best kept away from moisture such as water, lotions or perfumes.

Metal pieces should be cleaned with a soft cloth after wearing to remove general moisture such as sweat, perfumes, etc. A polishing cloth can be used to remove any tarnish that may occur or gently clean with a soft toothbrush and warm soapy water. Always remember to rinse and dry completely.

RETURNS

You are buying a unique, handcrafted item. Please read item descriptions thoroughly.
They are written as clearly as possible to help make an informed purchase. Please  thoroughly read the item’s listing and view the photos. If you have any queries about an item please reach out for clarification through the website contact so as to make the best decision.

Due to the handmade and organic nature of these items, slight variations will occur as this is the beauty of artisan work.

All sales are final.

In the event your item has been damaged during shipping, please photo document the damage immediately upon arrival and contact the shop to discuss options.

PROCESSING

If an item is stocked/ready-to-ship, please allow 2-3 business days to receive confirmation that your order has been processed and shipped. Made-to-order items are handcrafted especially for you- please allow 2 weeks before your order is shipped. Kindly note that these times are generous estimates as I do work hard to get your order completed and sent out to you as soon as possible. A beautiful and quality product is my priority and each item does require attention & time to create.

SHIPPING

LOCALLY (Trinidad and Tobago):  Shipping will take approximately 2-3 business days with the local carrier.

REGIONAL & INTERNATIONAL: Worldwide shipping is available. Please ensure the address provided is correct. It is recommended that items are shipped via registered shipping with tracking information. Customers accept that if choosing to ship items unregistered, no tracking number will be provided. Lost, stolen or damaged items will not be replaced, however if needed in such an instance, all possible assistance will be given.

If you would like your package insured or require expedited shipping, please reach out to the shop via the website contact and we can discuss the options available.

International orders may be subject to taxes, duties and other fees levied by the destination country – these are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please also be mindful that customs clearance procedure may cause delays in delivery.

PACKING AND SHIPPING MATERIALS are selected to achieve the following goals:
– protect the items you’ve purchased to ensure they arrive to you in the best possible condition regardless of their transport circumstances
– reduce the amount of packaging required to ship your order (more/extra packing materials ususally equals a heavier package and increased costs)
– reuse packing materials received from suppliers in order to extend the life of ‘single-use items’; any bubble-wrap or plastics in your order will be on their second life in order to keep them out of landfills as much as possible
– if the option is available, recycle packaging that you can’t reuse
